Did not look as sharp today as he has been in the other games. It felt like he was a bit irritated for not starting earlier and tried to do as much as possible during the small time frame he got.

Some questionable decisions and sometimes his passes to the central midfield can be too risky. The Davies pass today and against Gor Maha he played also a questionable pass to Gana which could have ended badly.

We also saw that he is still insecure when dealing with air balls. He hesitated on how to deal with a ball coming at him and decided to let it bounce before going in for an airchallenge that he lost. Thankfully Barry had everything covered. A bit sad that this part of his game still hasn't improved and a lot of it is because he was injured for almost the whole season and focused on getting back to the teamtraining and not on improving his weaknesses in his gameplay.

I think the timing of his tackles are reckless sometimes. That does not much change for three years. He is much suited as a DM because he works hard and is full of energy. He will have a similar role like McCarthy?

He's alright but that's it. Shows glimpses and people think he's better than what he is. I used to be a besic bum boy like the many he still has but when you see through the exterior he's just typical stoke. Be back playing next to Charlie Adam soon.

You should have 3 players for each position....its like saying what if Baines, Pickford and Keane get injured

whats the difference?

We probably have more than 33 professional footballers on our books Zat. Variable quality, granted, but if the entire 1st team were out, we could field a team.

No point lobbing cash at players who are 3rd choice, that Unsworth's job, and he does it well.
