Thought I'd give my tuppence worth with regards to Bily...
I'm not one of these people who have been on his back ever since his form was patchy after playing for almost 18 months straight, likewise with Fellaini.
Like Fellaini there are parts of his game that need ironing out. Marouane came as an unpolished diamond with plenty of potential. It took a while for him to settle but when he did and worked on his shortcomings with the management team he steadily became integral to the team with what he did. He had problems with his workrate, his discipline and his positioning. Nobody thought he was cut out for a disciplined midfield role, look what he did for 6 months this season, he was head and shoulders (pardon the pun) above every other defensive midfielder in the league.
Bily needs to go into the summer and have a nice well earned break and be ready to come back and listen. Listen to what Moyes et al have to say to him. There will have been things that the management won't have been happy with this season. For instance it's well documented that Bily's workrate needs to improve, as does his position sense. It's typical of a new addition to the fastest and most competitive league in the world to be left wanting in these areas right from the off, but it's something that can and will be improved, like it was with Felli.
His positives are that, and I've mentioned this before in another thread, when we have Bily on the pitch he gives me the impression that he can score from nothing situations, kinda like what Cahill offers us. He has a cracking delivery which when honed properly and when he develops that burst of pace (which will hopefully come back after a good rest) could be an asset to us. He is a technically sound footballer with one or two chinks to his armour, his goal scoring and his deliveries, two very sought after attributes in an attacking midfielder. I'm sure that with the right tuition and a good break he'll come on leaps and bounds next season.
In Fellaini's first season he was among the top end of the scorer's charts for players at the club and took us to the cup final. Bily has done something similar in his first season and similar aspects of his game need to be improved before we really start to see the best.
We can't argue with what we have seen so far, there's room for improvement, and I firmly believe he has the mentality and the desire to make sure he makes that improvement.
