What kind of reception will you give Rom when he comes to the old lady with his new team

If we start well and out play the opposition concerned....
Rom will just stand around a lot and not be a threat.
So it depends how we approach the game...;)

Once he leaves he's a player for another team so I don't really care anymore when we are playing them.

When he's playing against other teams I will still wish him the best.

If Barkley runs down his contract and leaves then I think I would feel differently.

Honestly I don't care. It's odd but despite being our best player for us 20 years I feel nothing to him leaving. I've known since we bought him he was going at some point but now he is I don't really care. The new signings so far alone make me excited for the new season to see them in a blue shirt

A lot will depend upon how he speaks of Everton once he's officially gone.

If he shows some respect and humility for his time with us, he can probably expect some warm applause.

If he disses us and in any way disrespects the platform we provided him with, he can expect major league grief.

What will be even more interesting will be how he reacts were he to score at Goodison, he never celebrated scoring at the Hawthorns, if he celebrated at GP especially with some inane dance with Pogba, he might need a police escort to get off the pitch.

This, although I still fume a bit when I think of the things he's said when on international duty.
Fantastic finisher but immature for me.

I can't be arsed booing or applauding him when he returns. But I expect he'll get grief off the majority.

What I do find amusing though is these types who are slagging him off for 'disrespecting' this club....then in the next breath pining for that Rooney bloke to comeback and he disrespected the club many times over the years and kissed his beloved Manc badge at us many times too.

Once when he was a kid getting dogs abuse

My reception will be as half arsed as he was in the last few games of the season

I won't boo but I think hes been disrespectful so definitely no cheers.
