Now wait a minute, maybe CL class in the qualifying rounds, but thereafter he is not in the same class as any other midfielder, or there would be a queue a mile long for him.

It is simply a provocation to intimate that Ross is anywhere near CL quality.

There are players worse than him who have played in and will play in the champs league group stages.

For starters Fellaini will be playing in the champs league this season.

Spurs will happily take him on a free and sell him a year later for a fee as we did with cleverly

Doesn't improve or impact on Spurs one jot

For a kid who kisses the badge the disdain he is showing the club and its fans is shocking regardless of his issues with a manager with 2 years left on his deal his contract offer was longer than koemans contract runs

For me Ross knows he has been found out by another manager Moyes first ,England's managers and now koeman they all see him for what he is and not what Martinez told him he was or some fans wished he was

He's been found out alright. He's recognised as being one of the best players in the country; an England international and will now join a now established CL spot squad and probably the most exciting team in the country.

Where did it all go wrong?

He can't even get in an England squad with Jake Livermore and Danny Drinkwater running the midfield!
Oh I forgot its all southgate/alladyce/hodgsons fault

..they'll have to wait 12 months to get him for free and if he's still at Everton next year I doubt he'll have played much first team football. Unless a West Ham or Leicester show an interest, I reckon somebody will come in for him late in the day. If it's a CL team it'll be to bolster their squad.

England Schmengland.

He'll be walking out to the CL theme tune next season. I'm sure he'd rather hear that than that national anthem dirge and having to play for Southgate's Zeros.
