[Poor language removed] ourselves. We [Poor language removed] ourselves again.

Villa aren't all that.

I dont think we [Poor language removed] ourselves, that last goal was unlucky and I [Poor language removed] you not if Donovan was still here, we'd have won that game. We lacked pace getting forward when there were acres of space.

Reminded me of the Citeh game away....but we didnt conceed then. We were organised and did well at set-pieces and hitting the break.

Overall we had the better chances...Ossie had about 3. Neville at the end, Bily in the 1st half. Rodders squares that ball over with a good pass, Saha gets the 3rd, his 14th, and we get 3 points.

Ashley Young should have been sent off for that kick on Pienaar and shouldn't have been on the pitch to take that cross, that led to the own goal from Jagielka. They better look back at the video and make sure he is suspended for three matches for a straight red card sent off, that he should have gotten in this match

after o'neills cry about the terry red and the carling cup penalty? young i suspect will get a medal, the only crew with less bollox than our first team are the FA.

So who do we blame? Young? Jagielka? Howard?

No - I'm afraid you have to be clinical and ruthless and in the last 3 games we have not displayed these qualities, hence why we've come out with 3 thoroughly disappointing draws as opposed to the 3 wins we should have come out with, really.

I'm afraid our season's over, lads.

I had £20 on us to win 2-1, was talking on the phone with my gf and i said these words "i bet villa score it will be just my luck" then bang they score.

Never mind .. I did us 1-0 at Villa a while back - Lescott (his first goal for us if you remember). Agbonthewhore equalised and did me for £200. Then Fulham missed 2 sitters at GP a while back when I had 4-2 at 50/1 (ended 4-1) and then I had Arteta 4-1 v Hull. So I'm used to it.

There's nothing wrong with Everton when they can play the likes of Villa off the Park on their own ground.. Onwards and upwards.

Oh and you'll never see a more obvious foul that the one on Jags for their 2nd equaliser.

I dont think we did to be fair chico.

This one was genuinely just "one of them"

Would like to believe so, but to be honest we've had about fifteen "of them" this season, we had "one of them" just last week against West Ham! There's something to it.

Actually, overall, we played pretty well really.

I just was "one of those days". Although they do seem to happen a bit too frequently.

Happens too often mate, not just like that but underwhelming performances against the likes of Wolves & West Ham and letting Birmingham back into it despite being two up.

All the players go on about how ace we'll be next season but we had a chance to wrap that up on the Rodwell break and the Neville chance and we [Poor language removed] it, we [Poor language removed] it at the important times, like in Europe every year too.

We need protection oin the middle no doubt, i wouldnt mind but Villa are a little scruff of a team Milner and Young kicking players out of the game - it really shouldnt be allowed go on with out an equaliser - Cahill is the closest we have, maybe the Heit as he develops.

We gave the ball away again in an attacking position for no reason to be fair. Lack of tactical awareness as usual, should have been stacking the corner flag and fouling everybody in sight in their half.

Whatever 'it' is, its the difference between us and genuine top 4 challengers.

I'm glad there's no MOTD tonight, don't think I could stomach the O'Neill brown tonguing and discussion of how Villa are still pushing for 4th blah blah blah.

I think I broke a finger when Villa equalised too, it's throbbing.

But it didn't happen.

Some poor performances there. Howard, Yakubu in particular. not one of Pienaar's best games either.

It's poor that we have let it happen so many times.

I would've argue about the Brum, Wolves and West Ham games....but tonight we played a better side than them, without Arteta and Heitinga for the 2nd half and still could've got all 3 points if Jags never got his head to the ball at the end because they had nothing.

Young better get a ban. And I mean GET A BAN!
