What's everyone's impression of Grosicki of Hull?

In the little time he's been there I think he's been very influential and looked a player. Pacey and direct and as quality in his passing and final ball. Would he be seen as a good signing IF we were to be interested?

And apparently Arnautovic did knock us back to sign a new deal in the summer, apparently he's admitted as such. He would of been a good signing imo...

Both inconsistent imo

I'm sure I read somewhere. Dier saying that he really struggled at Everton. Coming from Portuguese youth football.

Personally I think he's overrated, good player but nothing special.

I don't see all the fuss either but I have no doubt that if we wanted to sign him we would have been able to... ( when he was on loan inmeant)

Both decent players but realistically no improvement on the likes of Mirallas

I don't think Utd will be, Mourinho knows all about Rom and still sold him regardless of having the likes of Eto'o & Torres as strikers at Chelsea. Mourinho likes a CF that can hold up the ball and link play, aswell as score goals. Lukaku gets goals but struggles to get a grip of the ball and link the play and Mourinho didn't like that about Lukaku and said as such when ever he was questioned upon letting Rom come to us on loan originally, practically saying it's not just about goals in a CF for him.

After Zlatan's injury it seems Utd have intensified a move to sign Belotti...

I get what you are saying and you might be right. Having said that Rom now light years ahead of the player that left Chelsea. Everyone wants a goal scorer, and Rom is certainly that.

That's not going to help the average age of our squad. Although him and Barry are friends from way back I hear.
