Isco admittedly would be a long shot, but has also started about 10-15 league games.

The scum signed Mane last year for less than we would get for Ross.

I'd like to take this opportunity to reiterate that it would be grand if he wanted to sign a deal and stay. But, its not the end of the world if he doesn't.

Genuinely mate I think we would struggle with Son and / or Isco. Top players who will want Champions League.

Also, really not sure how you can say that the two kids have going for them that they "want to be here" yet we don't know their thoughts long term nor Barkley's.

If you offered Dowell and Walsh five year contracts right now they would bite your hand off. Ross has been offered one and hasn't signed it.

Agree the other two would be long shots.

I've been a big critic of the lad but the two points here:
1. He has undeniably been playing very well since the turn of the year.
2. Selling him gives out the entirely wrong message about the direction the club is moving in.

Ask him what he wants, and give it to him.

They're still pining over Deulofeu. There's a weird obsession with teenage blues thinking the burden of scouting Everton's next star lies with them. They want stepovers so they can shout TEKKERS at their stream* instead of just watching the game and learning stuff.

* because they prefer German third division on the big TV

The biggest question we must face is why did our teenage Evertonians turn into geordies? I'm worried for the future.
