Young lads, ale and beak are three very good reasons for staying away from a lot of the City Centre at the weekend mate.

I'm 22 and trust me, I know.

We go out in Leeds a lot, Headingley mostly. Students are bad meffs, but you can have a decent night out. And you often see a lot of the younger local Rugby or Footy players out as well. There can be trouble anywhere at the end of the day.

And I like a good time as much as the next person. End of the day, it's not the drugs or alcohol that make somebody like that. If they're a **** when they're bevved up, it's probably because they're a **** normally.

Mate, I'm a huge fan of the idea that Receiving Punchily has a durability to match Richie McCaw and Klitschko combined but he has been slept there by an ubersnide dig

He looks sparked when he goes down, but you can see his perm in the bottom left corner at the end.

LOL.

One of the worst rumbles I ever got into was in Headingly, when some local lads took offence at getting the knock back from a girl I was with who was a student there ;)

This is why Duncan never went out in town without those two very big fellas who were permanently by his side.

Sad indictment of life, that a young lad can't out for a bevvy without this happening.

It is.

And I'm not having a go at Ross for it.

But since money isn't the issue, just maybe choose to go out somewhere else - somewhere out of the city.

It's a shame because he 'shouldn't have to' do that.

At the end of the day you can get away with it in any other walk of life - famous or not. Heck, it'd be a lot more exciting if some bloody 23-year-old musician was getting their face knocked in but, ultimately, he's a Premier League footballer (and an English one at that) and it unfortunately brings unwanted attention.
