Computer games.

I liked LA Noire at the time mate. I was wowed by the tech and enjoyed the setting. But by the end I found the story events rather lame and the characters hollow. The gameplay was poor and the open world empty. It was not memorable. Whereas by the end of Andromeda any facial animation problems were forgotten and I adored it and its characters. Totally different games mind, I was just trying to highlight how miniscule the importance of facial animations is, despite what the ME:A hate brigade would imply. And to be fair the recent patch has massively improved them anyway.

The movie thing was quality but no I mean Liam's final, proper loyalty mission. At the top of the quest log it will say if it's a loyalty mission in green text. Perhaps you missed it? Usually they come about by talking to your squad mates a lot throughout the game. I believe you can still do them post game though. The mission is called "All In".

Oh I see. My point of interest was that there was finally a detective game that required no real fighting. Missed that.

Right I forgot you mean the upside down ship mission! Bit tired yesterday. Yes the patch has improved things considerably. They did however mess up one thing; I can no longer alt tab when in game, either way it's completely impossible or it happens but the resolution changes and the game goes to windowed mode (classic EA this).

My favorite mission chains were the Jaal ones and Drak (everybody loves a Krogan).

Yeah the upside down one. Just had a great sense of humour which is something the original trilogy had at its best. Plus there was a nice star wars reference haha.

Drack is just the best. Right up there with my past favourites. Love how he's got classic Krogan aggression but as he's so old he has a bit more self awareness. There was an early moment where Vetra insults the Krogan jokingly and he laughs it off. A clichéd character would have responded quite differently.

It's these little things that really add to the charm and make it a memorable experience. Looking forward to my second playthrough with Fem Ryder, now they've fixed her face!

well this game has really earned its M rating.

Written by a child Ffs. Played mk2 young??? Lad I was risking my life going to the video shop with all the bad lads to play mk1 on an arcade machine, hoping no one would try and take my money and give me a slap.
That is where I was introduced to Mortal Kombat. We had to walk WAAAAAAAY past our allowed boundaries for playing out, and go down to a chippy that had a sole machine in it. Wasn't impressed with it at all when I first saw it (played the crap out of SF2 and was a devoted fan) and then I saw Sub-Zero, played by a kid younger than me, win his second round, and perform the fatality. At that point, it was 'i have to play this game'

Which I did. Street Fighter 2 is still better, like.
