James McCarthy

Not tweeting like a twelve year old for a start. Making a rod for his back if the derby goes to script tomorrow.

What does a dispute about James' fitness have to do with the Derby? Win or lose that doesn't bear any relation to McCarthy being unfit.

Keane and MON have been Teds about Koeman and the club. I'm glad he's biting back. I support Ireland but those two ballbags need piping down. And Koeman has done that with a short and wry response.

A joke response tweet making him unfit to be Everton manager. lol
No mate. Not just that. I think the most despicable thing I've ever seen any Everton manager do in my lifetime was to humiliate a player in the way he did with Niasse. It made me ashamed that our club could treat a player like that.

I'll never forgive Koeman for humiliating a man like that. Never.

Not in a Trumpesc tweet, it's just bizarre and quite frankly small time. FAI shouldn't have released a press statement on a Friday evening either btw, the whole saga is getting pathetic.

No he hasn't. He's dragged this club's name through the mud.

What, like Martinez did with Baines?

Making one of our most respected players, publicly apologise for rightly criticising performances? He humiliated Baines because his poor little DeRulo loving ego had been hurt. That was a disgrace.

I'm not sure I would call it "humiliating", he didn't give a locker to a man he told honestly that he wouldn't play for us.

If anything it was better for him to be told upfront, and give him a chance elsewhere.

If you recall, even when Niasse first signed he was mysteriously out of the limelight bar very brief cameos.

Koeman has been nothing but honest in his comments throughout his time here, and he's completely right in what he's said about the McCarthy situation. The lad has barely played for us then tries to start for Ireland, to then get injured in the warm up.

I'd be frustrated about it too if I was Ron.

What's the first thing that will be brought up in his post match presser?

You honestly think the first thing Koeman will get asked tomorrow is about what is going on in Martin O'Neill's head?

I understand we have a lot of Irish blues who are split on this, but O'Neill putting out that statement like a teenage girls facebook comment is pathetic, and he needs to get a grip.

This will have no effect on the derby.

Why Martin Oneill is a no mark who Is trying to slight our club he needs to pipe down &'accept that he has been a large part of a major mistake with a players fitness surely you can see that

Yes O'Neill was at fault last week as I've said. By no mark I presume you're not counting the two European cups he won.

Koeman should have left this until Monday or until after the match at least.
