37 Everton players (and 4 opponents) have been "Matchwinners" whilst David Moyes has been manager of Everton. Can you name the Everton players?

Matchwinner is defined as the scorer of the goal which proved to be the goal sufficient to win the match - so for example the 2nd Everton goal in a 3-1 win, whether the opponent's goal was the first, 2nd 3rd or last goal in the game.
