Yes that's clear. My responses though are in regard to Usmanov being at Everton now. Clearly that's not the case.ive added abit to my original post..
we will not be re-salable without a waterfront stadium.
we would perhaps be re-salable with a new stadium elsewhere, but it wouldnt be anywhere near the amount of a waterside, prestigous stadium would bring. in other words not worth the investment i would assume.
FFP hinders that at the moment what you reckon people say that shitty and Chelski got away with it before the rule got implemented mateGo on tell us mate. If we were one of the wealthiest teams in world football we'd be looking at the targets we are linked with would we?
Usmanov is not at Everton at the moment.
We have plenty of wage room after the Stones sale mate this January. The players we are linked with unfortunately are indicative of our position it appears.FFP hinders that at the moment what you reckon people say that shitty and Chelski got away with it before the rule got implemented mate
Am I being thick here, if so please educate me.
FFP has nothing to do with the actual purchase of the player, but only takes the amortisation of contract and wages into account?
Not me mate. I find them fascinating even if I don't understand half of it.
My posts tend to make people fall asleep to be fair.
Think it's SCCT for the wages - €7m increase allowed from this season.Am I being thick here, if so please educate me.

Thanks Goat. So wages and amortiisation are key, not purchase price per se.FFP is solely based on accounting loses.

FFP is only for teams in European competition

Seem to remember something about loan interest for new stadia being excluded from the figures up to the date that it starts to generate income - but that may be UEFA or failing brain.
