Spot on I do think this is his weak attributes. I like Del. A talented individual, our main creative spark in the first half of last season. He can create out of nothing and fairly inconsistent at the sametime. This feature obstructs his own development. It seems that Koeman wants his players to press high and have physical presence. Del, as good as he is with his dribbling skill and pace, does lack certain aspects in Koeman's game. It is sad to see him leave because there are dozens who should be shown out of the door before him but then it is the manager's decision. If he sees, by selling Del (not upholding the idea of loaning out established players) would benefit the club then do be it.

Guess we can disagree there then. I like to have faith that a young player can figure it out and become great. Not all players learn the game early in their career. Sometimes they need more time to grow and develop.
