The first Kopite I seen this morning got a kick up the arse.
But He's a good lad and he took the joke.
The rest of the bells I just tried to keep a way from all day, never gave them the chance.

I just smiled and moved on, am just saving it all up for the day we do them.

I got asked once by a new boss what team I supported, since I was 18 at the time i decided to play safe and told them im not interested in football, only problem was I then worked there for just over 12 months and all they talked about was football so i felt like i had to keep the lie going and just kept quite when the subject came up even thou the boss was a blue!!

You should have told him mate you cant have to many blues on the payroll

The main Kopite in my office is an OK bloke, and he decently avoided eye contact with me all day.

I sat at the computer, plugged in my MP3 and played Bob Dylan at maximum volume.

No newspapers, no television, but yesterday's defeat will stay with me well into 2017.

...there's never a problem because we're very much 2nd best in the city. The Derby is a big game but we are not a threat. It was a massive 3 points for them yesterday. Despite our form we are difficult to beat at our place and the win leaves them very handily placed. I fear this could be their year.

Been there seen it done it several times over. To be fair it wasn't too bad this time round. But this afternoon they started spouting off about Jamie Carra La celebrating the goal on Monday Night Football. Apparently its been doing the rounds on you tube etc.
One shouted over to me and asked if I'd seen it. So I just said no "cos I was actually at the match". Not a great response, but best I could muster given there were women present too!

Facebook is full of how 'vile, and as bad as the mancs' our fanbase are. Due to us shouting abuse at our direct rivals, the same as every other club in the country.

Every fanbase have their fair share of idiots let's be fair. Every forum in the land says "Oh their fanbase are the worst."

It's a bit silly really. People are people at the end of the day. I know a few Liverpool supporters who are absoulte idiots, I also know a few who are decent. Same goes for Man U, blues and other club's fans.

One guy (who is actually a Cockney) strolled in beaming away and yelling that Santa had arrived early and his two young lads were ecstatic!!??!! That was nice.

To be honest I didn't have the energy to say anything. I've kind of got use to it.

Apart from that I endured a slight snigger from someone who is not even RS. She thought we were in the "2nd Division" and when I refuted such a claim with an indignant denial, she then said "Ok, but they were until recently, weren't they?"

And she was honest in her ignorance. That is how we are now seen by some.
