Ronald Koeman discussion

Unfortunately I get that impression, it's sad really. He didn't have to be over the top with it either.

Yet again the PR at our club is laughable.

Even if he'd said nothing it would have been better than the disgracefully disrespectful comments he made regarding Lukaku's career choices.

It's clear to me that he sees us the same way as an Ajax man would view a club like Vitesse, or more likely a historic old club like Sparta whose best days are behind them.

Man of the match against us the other week. Scored six already this season.

He played for a relegation outfit means nothing. Gueye was relegated with Villa, should we have left him there?

1 side. Hes been with QPR and Norwich, both dropped. So if he was a good player in a bad side, he'd have gone to a better club.

The dutch Tom Cleverly. He had good games...for United and Villa. And for us. Occasionally. Maybe.

I've seen enough of him to know he'd be very effective for us. Tbf to Judas, he could spot a value player.

So is Bolasie.

But hes not the answer.

I'm wanting Walsh to pull something out of the bag rather than go for the utter ponies he was looking at in the summer.

This is an ongoing propaganda at its best - is there anything positive you can say? In the end you can beat someone only so many times before the pain actually becomes an amusing pleasure.

He comes across as strict schoolteacher figure. Senior pros have already spoken of the much stricter regime following the Martinez era. Koeman earned his respect as an outstanding football of his generation, but are his methods causing disharmony within the squad? No team likes losing, but there doesn't seem to be any sense of enjoyment from the players and let's face it, with the way results have gone little sense of enjoyment from the fans.
I'm sorry but only teams who are in panic mode (maybe we are) splash cash in the January transfer window. Players are usually cup tied and with no euros or World Cup this summer, there isn't the necessity for high earning players from other clubs needing first team football,to seek first team football. The 'damage' this season was dealt pre-season with an underwhelming transfer window, were many issues within the squad were not addressed. We might have to wait for next summer to address those issues.

It's obviously a work in progress and we'll surely be a completely different team this time next season but he hasn't impressed up to now. Still should be getting better out of what we have and be a big more imaginative tactically.

Wether he can or can't play football in this team is not really the issue. the fact is "he isn't"

In your opinion.
It's pretty difficult to be the player, who's supposed to make the passes for the players making the runs, when they're not.
So many games when he's holding players off, waiting for the runners, theyre not there and the ball is lost. People need to look at the contribution of other players, not just the seemingly easy target of Ross.
I could list the bad performances from every player in the squad but, it seems to all be about how bad Ross is playing!
