Think they need cardboard cut outs of Unsy around the pitch. Kenny was good 1st half with Unsy on his line and Connolly had a great second half when he played on that side!
A good game which we dominated. Sloppy goal was the killer for us it would have made them come out more 2nd half if they'd been 1-0 down. Thought Grant should have come off at 60mins, but good all round performance from the youngsters .

I was disappointed with dowell. Does seem to be firing this season. Apart from one excellent run down the line, he was quite sloppy at times.
Maybe he needs a loan, as he missed out last year, with his early season injury.

I thought we controlled most of the game. They only looked threatening from set pieces. Was disappointed he brought jones on for dowell instead of another attacker. Unsworth does seem a bit negative at times

Yeah I thought the same, it's wasn't as though they were exploiting weaknesses in our defence, and Jones was the only defender on the bench the others were attackers. Connolly spent more time in their half than ours in the 2nd half. In fairness to Unsy he's improved since last season re attacking play and we,re the top goalscorers in the league, he can't score the goals for them but it does send out a negative message.

Walsh ran that midfield tonight. He demanded the ball, he kept the moves flowing and he was always in space. If he isn't deserving of a first team chance then I just don't know.

Kenny was very impressive and perhaps it's he who should be the cover now for Coleman rather than Holgate? It is a specialist position after all.

Good to see Browning working his way back in. That lad looked a very imposing figure last night.
