Because when this slump started we were sitting in second place and unbeaten.
How anyone can say they are happy.....or even content.....with sitting in seventh place from such a strong position and with games against Bournemouth, Burnley, Palace and blooming Swansea on the horizon is totally beyond me
Seriously, I bet very few of our friends on here would have envisaged us being outside the top four at this stage, let alone the top six, the night we beat Boro.
This past two months has been a major disappointment and it is better we call it so.

I agree. We shouldn't have dropped the points.
However, we are still in a good position in the table, regardless of where we were a few months ago.
Realistically, I didn't think we'd stay there.
Did I think the slump would be this bad? No, not at all. And I'm not making excuses for it.
It needs addressing. My point is why moan about it and the manager when he's 12 games into his tenure and it's evidently clear that he is just as unhappy with how we're playing as we are.
