The thing is with Kev would we even get a decent fee? Not sure what his contract situation was like at the the time but didn't West ham only offer around six million

Yes, I thought it was insulting at the time but id snatch it off them now.

I've never really taken to him, at all. There's a reason why Martinez (despite his obvious flaws as a manager) left him out last season.
  • His attitude stinks to high heaven.
  • He's badly inconsistent.
  • Even when he's on the top of his form, he goes missing in games.
  • His crossing ability is that of a semi-pro, and he offers nothing in terms of work rate and tracking back.
Aaron Lennon is a far better player.

I would stick with Mirallas for a bit yet, get some consistency in his game time and he might show some consistency. He's a much all round better player than Bolasie but he can't get a run in the side so when he does come in he's off the boil. He's got more goals and assists in him than Bolasie if given a run in in my opinion.

Rom apart, all of our forwards look devoid of confidence, except Bolasie as he's a guaranteed starter.
Mirallas has had a run of games and he does 20000% less than bolasie

He's no different than many other players in our current squad.

One good performance, two mediocre performances, one good performance.

In a single word inconsistent.

Had more than enough chances, more than he should have had realistically therefore must be moved on.

On the flip side, I always saw him as a CF or second striker and he was never really given an opportunity to player either position.

West Brom or Sunderland beckon.

Other than Olympiakos he has never really been a nailed on starter at any level. There is probably a reason for that.

Talented on his day but you could say that about loads of players.

Give him a run behind Rom where his defensive responsibilities are less, and he can try and run off the big man. If he can't cut it there, then unfortunately probably time to say good bye.
