Who's that? the guy who's never played in the championship?

This is exactly the dramatic sort of pissy pant posting that makes this forum unbearable at times.

Absolutely pathetic from an alleged grown man lol
Remind me why you left the forum with your last account again mate?

I'd much rather have Jimmy Mac in all honesty

Sissoko was no where to be found when Newcastle needed him last season. Yeah, had a good Euro's, but he's still not worth it IMO. He strikes me as a trouble maker. Jimmy Mac will get his head down and work for the team, we'd be better sticking with him and seeing if Koeman can turn his career back around

Just my opinion, and I'm sure I'll be in the minority

McCarthy is a traitor, the worst trouble maker you can have at a club. I'd do the swap

Just been reading a few of the managers comments today, some expecting to complete 3-5 deals before the close of the window.

Then you have Wengers comments about it being much harder to complete deals even though he thought it would be easier:

"It was a strange transfer market, I expected it to be easier than ever, it has been more difficult.

"It looks like it will be frenetic in the last three days, everyone has sat on money but we know they will all splash out now."

Interesting

Interesting

Jim White will be having a seizure at home.

Time will tell. We still have the bulk of the bottlers and faint hearts from last season's squad in place.

Will take a while to flush out Martinez's dross and his amateur mentality. This squad have had three years being 'trained' by a PE teacher and a media spin doctor. They're now suddenly in the hands of an experienced manager. It will take a while for them to adjust.

Is this because he went to the Scottish Cup Final or because he raised an army of Orcs in the fires of Mordor with designs on conquering Toxteth?

He turned on the country which provided him an education, free health care, his start in football all because he liked the Guinness adverts. He is like the people in braveheart who betrayed Mel Gibson.

TRAITOR

the way sissoko played at the Euros, yet he's still at Newcastle speaks volumes I think. He was immense at the Euros though, so there is a player in there

Williams is a cracker signing. He'll prove to be one of the best buys of the season.

We need to get weaving elsewhere though. No wonder Koeman is talking through gritted teeth at his press conferences. He must be seething.

Tbh Dave I think he gets more fed up at the questions about transfers. Seems more than happy when talking about the football side of things.

And it's not just a stance he's taken up since joining Everton. Think he was always pretty cagey re. transfers when at S'ton anyway
