Hart cannot go abroad if he wants to play for england...that would be suicidle for him. He needs to playing well regulary under the eyes of allardyce. A move to us is perfect especially with williams and jags in front of him

You're probably right, but only because the press won't allow fat Sam to choose him. Hart just shades it for me v Butland, who I would prefer us to sign.

Is he better, or is he just the default #1 because he played for City? I'd wager Butland and Forster might be the better keepers for England. They just don't play for the media clubs.

I'd have him at a reasonable price. He's a shot stopper though is essence, his footwork is dodgy and he's flappable at crosses which makes him a shiny haired Tim Howard.

Speaking as someone completely not ITK, how close is this really?

My RS colleague was talking about it yesterday saying it was a good move (which I agree with) but I'm not sure how he knew - he was going on like it was done.

I really like Butland, but I've got a feeling he is going to be continually unlucky with injuries.

there was a flurry of excitement last night on twitter because Sky sources (apparently) said he favoured a move to us on loan. No idea how true that is bearing in mind these are the same sources that have been wrong all summer.

Depending on the price mate it might be like loan with view to move who knows I think it will just be a loan tho
