So to you, a heavy investment is only if we spend enough to be the third most spendy club in the WORLD this summer(which would be#2 last summer)? Short of that, spending 55m, and being only the 4th most spendy club in the world is just not good enough?

If thats the case, I just dont think you have a solid grasp on what a spending spree or heavy investment is.
We don't yet know what the total spend for other clubs will be this summer so cannot say what position a specific spend would put us in and a spend around 90m net would be in accordance with the budget that has been relentlessly projected in the media and on this board by revered itk's and multiple posters.

The 100m was only ever a media figure, most ITKs have indicated a bottomless pit, we will spend whatever is needed.

but i want us to sign players NOWWW..get on with it

That's the perfect scenario for us and him, and City...

Sevilla would be a weird one but he'd get to stay in the CL. However if Rico is as good as @Zatara says he is(...) then would he be a guaranteed starter.

Everton - he gets to stay in the area, he will be on equal wages (albeit City would probably pay half his wages if he went to Sevilla), stay in the Prem - guaranteed first choice (as good as Stek was the other day) and Koeman doesn't require his keepers to be brilliant with his feet. Also knows that he will be part of what should now be an experienced and more organised defence.

Joe Hart is never getting in a team ahead of Sergio Rico.

We should move on him and let them have hart.

I'm certainly on the fence about Hart, his Euro Championships performance was lamentable, a guy so short on confidence I'm certain that lack of confidence radiated through the entire team. The standard he reached in the summer was below Tim Howard at his worst so why do so many see him as being any better than we've got already is a mystery. Hart has ventured into self promotion via stupid adverts, he seems to think he is far better than he really is. If he comes here he'll expect first team football, I doubt if he will be better than what we have already, the lads here don't bring baggage with them, he will.

Big Sam won't have him in his England squad proving how much of a down turn this lads career is on, so using the balance scales I'm nearer swerving Hart than signing him
