Quite big. The whole downstairs is pretty much open plan. Easily big enough for me to unpack, scan, and sort 100 plus parcels in a morning.

Is a bungalow, or was, and we built a big conversion onto the back, (open plan bit), and a big bedroom/bathroom in the roof, so probably something to do with that as well.
