Well just back from Goodison, no way in the world will they get that finished in 2 weeks, nobodys doing a thing, the whole stadium looks the same.

Utter joke.

The new signings promised had better include a few brickies and sparks and chippies etc. That is assuming we get any signings within the next two weeks.
Here's hoping.

Mate if you make any changes to the internal structure building control will need to approve it.

Google it.

But anyway. I doubt the plan was to get it all done in two weeks. Just fascias etc

Planning Permission

You should not need to apply for planning permission for internal alterations including building or removing an internal wall.



Sit down Damo.

I have extensive knowledge on planning permission.

We didnt need it.

It denotes the fume levels on the transfer thread. Note the slight dip during the wee small hours of the morning.

Mate. BUILDING CONTROL is not the same as PLANNING CONSENT.

Building control need to approve ANY changes to load baring walls under the building regulations.

Also when you are doing any works not needing planning consent you still might need a building notice as here is likely.

That means building inspectors from LCC coming round inspecting prior to, during and post work.

Also linked to the stadium safety certificate. Two things are linked.

Yes, that did enter my head as soon as I typed that.

Seems strange that they wouldnt plan on getting it done in time tho, baffled why they waited so long.

Hell, it might be done in time, it doesnt strike me as a big job, just thought I would see some changes today, had a little walk around and bar the work that the lid posted in the picture I didnt see anything happening.
