Duterte is a horrible solution to genuine problems. things will only get worse.

Awful but now duterte is president this should all stop.

Absolutely nothing like one another. To come to the conclusion that Merkel is directly responsible because an asylum seeker stabbed somebody is naive at best.

To compare it with Blair's atrocities is worse.

What makes you say that?

50,000++ drug dealers and addicts have already turned themselves into police stations since the beginning of the month.

The Drug Lords are trying to escape to China and Thailand mainly before they are caught by duterte.

This guy is really cleaning up the place in areas i wouldnt dare to visit.
 

Veering off topic here massively i know but another example of Asia...

I went to a seminar in Jakarta as a guest of the main speaker. At the end i spoke for about 5mins then he took me for dinner + we went out with 3 of his mates (all filthy rich). Ended up in the VIP room of a club (just us as the club owner/manager who invited some stunning girls in as well....awesome.

But then i went to the toilet and as i was drunk when i came out i took a left instead of a right. Within seconds i was grabbed from behind and then accosted by 3 guys from the front...couldnt move and they put something in my top shirt pocket.

They then pulled out their Police IDs and handcuffs but before anything could escalate the people i was with appeared and pushed the cops away from me....i was then led to the club managers office where they all joined me later and we waited for 3 hours with the cops outside the club (they were forced outside i guess).

Anyway they had put drugs in my shirt pocket and wanted to arrest me so they could make a bribe. Only way i left in the end was lying down in the back of a car parked behind the emergency exit of the club....

Scary.

He's into death squads and pro almost-indiscrimate killing of alleged criminals.

Maybe some think it's just what Philippines need right now, but from this Westerner's perspective it doesn't sit right and may in the long-term cause even more societal problems.

They basically storm drug dens...not like theyre killing pickpockets....think its great myself....hes also got trucks going around picking up the pickpocketing kids as well...

on his Davao watch he authorised the killing of thousands of alleged criminals, without trial. This is dark ages stuff. Erdogan must be feeling inspired.

Ive no problem with executing drug dealers....when you say "without trial" theres not going to be a trial when the drug lords give them all guns and they end up shot by cops....now theyre turning themselves in.

You cant compare nyc to philippines. Or phils to turkey.

She should be jailed at least. She and other european left wing officials not only have blood on their hands but are the reason why Germand will reopen their death camps soon. Impossoble that German far right wing won't grow up hugely after this

Sorry, but you can't be critical of Europe's leftwing and then declare that Germany will retreat to naziism in the same sentence.
