Everton Transfer Thread 2016

Not feeling the love for Allen then. Too many replies for me to address individually but:

  • Standout player at Euro 16
  • More mobile version of Barry who can't play on forever
  • Still relatively young but bags of league, cup, international and (less but still relevant) europe experience
  • 1/2 the cost of the likes of Sissoko and a far superior player
  • Wouldn't even have to move house
  • has no affinity with the RS fans (In fact they hate him and I imagine the feeling is mutual)
  • Clearly didn't want to score at Goodison hence missing that sitter so must be a secret fan

....and here's me thinking he missed that sitter because he isn't very good.

I get where you are coming from but i don't think he is any better than McCarthy in midfield and we are meant to be upgrading at this point.

He is where he should be, midtable midfielder. Not saying he is a bad player, far from it. Just generally he wouldn't make spurs/chelsea/united/arsenal/city/liverpool team so by default we should see that as a not good enough for us either if we plan to match or surpass those teams.

He couldn't get a place at Castle Greyskull ahead of Horrenderson and that snide yard dog Lucaas.

Only place I have seen that stated before without being corrected as wrong was on the Everton thread on RAWK, and seen it several times, can I ask the place you saw it?

You must have this wrong fellas, they don't care about Everton, their only rivals are United, Everton are irrelevant :oops:
