Minor things that make you happy

I received a very rude email off a colleague earlier today basically telling me I wasn't doing my job properly, with all my bosses copied in. I nearly rose to it but instead I replied politely telling him he was completely wrong, with everyone copied in.

He then approached me and started questioning me and before I could respond he walked off in a strop.

Play the long game mate. Whether it's on a building site or in an office, someone's always trying to do you over, you've just got to work out what his angle is.

Or failing that set his company car on fire ?
