Just had a little read on RAWK, this post took my eye :

"Just like to bring up the broadcast figures for the final week of the season:

Sunderland v Everton (Sky Sports 1 - 19:00 programme start (19:45 kick off): 695,000
Liverpool v Chelsea (Sky Sports 2 - 19:55 programme start (20:00 kick off): 809,000

We still got more viewers in a nothing game than their poxy small club playing a side who were deep in a relegation fight"

A prize to whoever spots the mistake.

:coffee::coffee::coffee:
If I remember correctly the RS still had a chance to qualify for Europe so hardly a nothing game.

And these people call us bitter. It's great being inside their heads. Can't wait for our new manager to be announced.
Their website will go into meltdown when they realise the tide is turning.

We get called bitter and small time and yet they bring up sky viewing figures as a way to prove they are better weird gimps please dont say it was mad max

Of course it was mad max, he typed it up after he'd just got changed into his marr's worn tights when he got home from job club and sitting in Stanley Parks bushes by the kids playground the massive peado.

Wonder what day he has to sign on the nonce register

Lest we forget.

Heysel, the day of reflection

On today’s date in 1985, 39 innocent people lost their lives in Brussels. We will never forget them
heysel%20mole%20illuminata.jpg

Today’s date, 29 May, is one of silence and reflection in memory of the 39 innocent people who lost their lives at Heysel Stadium in Brussels in 1985.

The memory of those victims, taken from their loved ones on that tragic night, has remained with us constantly for 31 years.

Not a day goes past when we do not feel compelled to remember them and make sure that a similar act of madness must never, ever be repeated.

Theyve all convinced themselves the ref robbed them in basel. It's genuinely unsettling. Not a single shocking decision in the entire 90 minutes, it was actually one of the best refereeing performances all season. Odd bunch.

They also have a thread asking people to list the best club managers. They all have benitez in there somewhere, the guy who was failing at Liverpool, failed at Inter, did okish at Napoli then failed at Madrid and failed at Newcastle.

31 years ago they were complaining that zbigniew boniek dived 30 yards outside the penalty area :coffee:

Old habits...

I didn't know where to post this, but as 'bitters' keeps cropping up I think here will do.

Watching 'Where Do You Think You Come From' today and John Bishop was the subject.

He was reading out a quite lengthy New York newspaper obituary about his great, great, grandfather, a musician.

In part it read 'Latterly, he settled in Liverpool and has been a welcome guest at --- ------- ---- ---- --- -- musical gatherings
at St Martins and St Dunstans churches.'

The bit he couldn't bring himself to read was 'the Everton Glee Club and at.' He just skipped over it.

I was going to post it in the things that make you fume thread, but it doesn't. It just makes me laugh.
