@ESK , do you know if Moshiri is personally involved in this process ?
Is he meeting the candidates personally , shipping them to his yacht or his bedsit someplace ?
I assume he must have advisors and I assume they will be helping in the selection process.
It would be interesting to know who they are ?
As his involvement up to relatively recently was with Arsenal it is possible that his advisors will have an Arsenal connection.
I doubt that a non football man would take on a decision of this kind without being surrounded by experienced football ment that he trusted.

I wonder also what involvement Evertonians have such as Unsworth, Royle , Ferguson and indeed Bill Kenwright ?

Technically Moshiri sold his shares in Red and White Holdings, not his Arsenal shares mate. I haven't looked to see if the company held any other assets (unlikely to be honest).

In companies with a small number of shares and those shares are tightly held by a small number of people it's common for a large block of shares to go at a premium to the market price.

I cannot think of an ulterior motive. The fact though that Usmanov appears to have paid a premium for the shares brings into further question his desire (as expressed by some) to dispose of these shares later this year.
Maybe that's what he wants us to think...

Moyes is not coming back, and Moshiri wants Kenwright out of the club, certainly away from any running of the club.
I hope your right now way should Kenwright have any say on the new manager his remaining shares should be acquired and he should be put in the sir Phillip Carter role .I know there is no chance of moyes coming back but even his name being in the frame reeks of mediocrity and small time

Moyes not as manager, but director of football with Pellegrini as head coach.
