Well The Esk seems to have a handle on it. But I think you should recognise that ut does take time to asses situations, get you feet under the table. It did not help with the poor match performances and no doubt the influence of BK to give RM a chance There was a built inertia within GP and IMO this is now being quietly addressed. Rome was not built in a day! Far better to be diligent than rushing in with decisions.

Bit i disagree with is about the performances mate, i think they have helped speed up the situation dramatically as the 'crisis' was exactly what was needed to show up just how bad the club is being ran - the inertia as you said was plain to see and has accelerated the shake up that Moshiri probably suspected anyway was needed.

So in many ways - could say that this car wreck of a season had maybe a long term silver lining

I think Usmanov's exit strategy is already under way, it was the day Moshiri bought 49% in us.

And with 2 solid ITK's saying he's defo coming to Everton, looks like my reading between the lines is on the money.
I think the hart rumours however tenuous add fuel to the usmanov Fire.

Hart will cost a fortune in fee & wages not sure as positive as I am I expected to Be targeting players at hart.

I was more expecting/hoping to be able to trump Stoke & West Ham. Early days but all the credible noises are very very positive

Think you had the same viepoint initially as i did on this mate, for what it's worth i am happy as anything IF it is just Moshiri - Usmanov is the holy grail really, if it happens then OMG - if it doesn't we are in an infinitely better place with a better future than we would have dreamt about though

The jewellery-designer niece of Everton majority investor Farhad Moshiri has pleaded with Twitter users to stop bombarding her with queries about football.

Sheeva Moshiri has had to block some of her raft of new followers on the social networking site since her billionaire uncle bought a controlling stake in the Goodison club.

The London-based designer, who has her own high-end jewellery brand and counts Hollywood actor Eva Longoria among her customers, made the plea after tweeting a photograph of herself with her uncle to wish him happy birthday last Friday.

It received hundreds of retweets and she then retweeted another birthday wish from Everton fan site 'Royal Blue Mersey' before being inundated with messages.

The London College of Fashion graduate wrote: 'I don't reply to any football related tweets/requests, these should be sent directly to management & not me as I have nothing to do with it.

'I'm a jewellery designer I do not run a football club!'It's very simple, rude disrespectful behaviour = Blocking and Reporting. The rest is up to you. I do not need my Twitter flooded with abuse.'

A friend then rallied to her support adding: 'That crap that some idiots (cowards) do that (sic). Well done for p*****g them off'.

Everton investor Moshiri has kept a low profile since purchasing 49.9% share-holding in the Blues in February.

His purchase was subsequently ratified by the Premier League, and the 61-year-old gave a brief interview alongside chairman Bill Kenwright following the FA Cup quarter final win over Chelsea the following month.

Reading into this , Moshiri sold his 9000 shares to Usmanov for £200M is generally the accepted figure !
That's £22000 a share and Arsenals shares usually trade for £16000 each , so that's a premium of £56M extra that Usmanov paid for Moshiris shares .
I know nothing about business so can anyone enlighten me , is this common practice or is their an ulterior motive ?

Technically Moshiri sold his shares in Red and White Holdings, not his Arsenal shares mate. I haven't looked to see if the company held any other assets (unlikely to be honest).

In companies with a small number of shares and those shares are tightly held by a small number of people it's common for a large block of shares to go at a premium to the market price.

I cannot think of an ulterior motive. The fact though that Usmanov appears to have paid a premium for the shares brings into further question his desire (as expressed by some) to dispose of these shares later this year.

Playing devils advocate here. Why would Usmanov pay his mate over the market value for those shares, if it was a genuine dissolving of their collaboration? Surely, what at face value appears to be a 30% premium, is way beyond what would be deemed reasonable in that circumstance?
