....off to Goodison now to watch my son play in a corporate business footy competition. He's not played there before and is buzzing, be great to see him out on the pitch.

Discovered an industrial strength deodorant from the chemist. My massive underarm sweat patches are a thing of the past. I can wear pale blue and grey tops again. The itching and burning is totally worth it.

Which one did you get? I've had this problem before. It's a fkn nightmare.

I got one called Yerka but that's in Germany, dunno if you can get it in the UK. If you ask at a chemist they should be able to sort you out. Start with a low dosage and work your way up, I made the mistake of not doing that.

....it's 40 years since I last played there properly so couldn't resist nipping on the pitch and smashing a couple in the Gwladys St net, still deadly from a yard.
