If he hasn't been sacked today, it is very poor by the board. Forget about pay-offs at the end of the season, now (even though it is still too late in my eyes) is the time to make a statement that we don't accept mediocrity at Everton football club. It would give us additional time to sound out potential replacements and have him in place for end of the season, to start summer recruitment early.
