I think with our newfound riches and the fact we have a lot of improvement needed on the pitch, we're beyond employing young up and coming managers which Moyes and Martinez both were. I think we need to go for an established name now

Thing is Eddie howe has not done well outside of Bournemouth. Similar levels failed, went back did well..

I'd imagine it's in Eddie's best interest to not leave for a while.
