If he's not sacked today, we're stuck with him until the end of the season at least. Makes sense to do it today if you're going to do it - start approaching other managers then before the inevitable merry-go-round with managers in the summer.

I'd say if he's not gone by the end of Monday then he's here for the remaining games, the club could just be letting the dust settle over the weekend.

As a Martinez apologist, I have to concede, I really do. The toxicity towards him is too far gone.

The standard of available candidates is low. By Christ, how I wish Bilic was gettable. Honesty and dignity sum him and our club up and would have been the perfect marriage. I find myself erring towards Nigel Pearson.

Out of all the staff Roberto has brought in etc, id only keep Unsworth me. Sheedy is doing brilliant with the 18s so he can stay as well.

Ferguson can go with Roberto as far as im concerned, part of a failing back room staff. Cant be sentimental in football, bin those that are not good enough, players and staff. Osman, Hibbert even Pienaar should never receive another penny from this Club past the Summer.

Is Martinez gonna perform his phenomenal Jason Derulo moves?

After clarification from my 'sources', Roberto won't actually be appearing on the show, but that Everton will be releasing the news at the same time BGT is on, you know, to bury bad news while ITV's number one ratings winner is on air.

Sounds like a complete load of made up nonsense to me, but as I say, it's what I'm hearing.

Christ.

Dont know what is more concerning. The fact you have backed Martinez till today or the fact you want Pearson?
Just how small time do you think we are? Bet you loved Moyes.

Christ no. Pellegrini is available.

Same Bilic who played for us? Or rather didn't but was always fit for Croatia.

Dignity when getting blanc sent off by feigning injury?

Agree. Surely he has to go, and the sooner the better.
A suitable replacement must be the only stumbling block.

I didn't think today was Martinez's fault.

He's going anyway..

But today wasn't his fault.

Not even arsed.

Purely on the day I agree.

The fact that the season is now over, when we should at least still be in the hunt for the european places, is down to him though.
