Bob has to go in my view but it should be done sooner rather than later. I actually do feel sorry (a little bit) for him I think he has genuinely tried his best but just hasn't worked out. I'd rather he go now with dignity than feel the wrath of Goodison at next home game.
Some in the board may think he deserves one more season but ultimately once the crowd has made up its mind - that's it. For me, the derby was absolutely the last straw even more than yesterday simply as it was the worst display I personally have ever seen.

He's been hanging on to this Cup run for weeks now. It's gone, he is defenseless. I'd be surprised if he is in charge next week, but Everton are always ready to surprise me.
