He has had enough practise one may say
On a serious note though, no ill will to the bloke, just been shown to be out of his depth at this level of the game
This this this. Massively out his depth. That's the issue. We want/need/demand better

Personally am far less 4rsed than I've been after any semi over the last 45 years. Never doubted soft lad would blow this. Am eagerly awaiting news of his extraction from my club.
Checks watch....[/QUOTE
I'm exactly the same, even when they scored the winner I wasn't that arsed as I knew at some point it would happen. I used to get angry/upset when we lost now I just see it as the norm, but to not be bothered about a semi-final, how has he been allowed to let this happen?!
Any news on our cockwomble of a manager?
Even any decent rumours he's out to warm my heart before I leave this gridlocked car park?
Blues, on the plus side, Amanda Holden is on ITV and ITV HD right now. Typically, as Evertonians, for every plus side there is a downside - so to see her, you have to watch Britain's Got Talent.
Who do you think is gone now as a result of us missing out on europe?
Rom? Stones? Mirallas?

Think I prefer my women with a lower % of man-made material inside them
Exactly the same mate. The whole build was just a bit meh all week. Just constantly checking Twitter for the announcement.I've felt numb to Everton for at least 6 weeks. 15 minutes in the second half where we actually tried - it dawned on me what an opportunity we had - to be in the ascendancy in the semi final, one goal from a final against Watford or Crystal Palace. That's shocking really. I wasn't excited or nervous before or during the game, only for the last 15/20 minutes. I'm a lifelong Evertonian and this is how I feel. Martinez needs to go now.
Cut a very lonely figure on Friday during the walkaround. Looked like he knew the gig was up.My feelings also. It started so very well. And even in January when we looked to have turned a corner for a moment, I thought perhaps he was starting to learn, and show what we all hoped.
But no. Nothing left in the tank. You can see it in him as well, he looks exhausted. Gave it 100%, just not good enough.
