i don't believe him to be our manager next season either, and i think he knows it.

My fear is him winning a cup keeps him. What has happened this season has to be too much to ignore though, and if we went out saturday then the noise would just get louder and louder til the club acted.

he might even be aware that he is leaving, they might have come up with a settlement with a bonus if he wins the cup and so agreed to stay till end of season

im prob chatting rubbish tho

Does anyone believe we can get 50 points and 12 wins. We just might beat Bournemouth Sunderland and Norwich. They are our sort of teams.
consdering we failed to beat two of them first time around and the third is fighting for their lives, not at all bankers. In another season, they would have been easy wins sure, but could you imagine the watford or palace performance against them?

Martinez is gone at the end of the season as far as I'm concerned, can't see the board keeping him on.
Would be nice to win the cup and some football games before he goes though, need to see some fight and desire.

i'd hope so mate, i really do.

that cup has to be a send off not a job requirement.

The season will end poisonous if we go out saturday anyway so the fans will speak volumes by then.

Just think, to echo others, it will be a strange feeling being in a cup final and still wanting to sack your manager lol

I watched the game from upper glad on Saturday. I have gone past caring to be honest I concentrated on the tactics of the team in the first half watching what positions the took up in situations in the game.
Oviedo and Coleman play as wingers!
There is no width from midfield

No wonder Baines n Coleman are going backwards. They are being hung out to dry. When we have the ball with Joel the centre halfs split besic drops. Oviedo and Coleman both move past the half way the natural wide players move in.

It's crap doesn't work! When mori gets it he either hits it long in hope or plays it back to Joel to hit long .. What do they do in training seriously!

i noticed the centre backs splitting, then them receiving the ball..no space, pass back to joel who then booted it..err, what was the point in that then?
