I am a depressed as anyone at the moment, but the reality isif we get a new manager statistically he will be sacked within 30 months and we are then back to where we are now.
Also I don't think its so black and white befor Christmas we were playing some of the most exciting football I have ever seen. Our away form is top four, we have reached two semi finals ,how long is it since that happened??

He obviously in retrospect stuck with Howard too long, but others seem to have lost their form ,it must be three months since Delafaeo went past some one.

Moshiri got a huge decision to make and i'm glad I don't have to make it.

Next season we need a huge clear out. Martinez, Howard, Jags, Barry, Cleverly (Nowhere good enough for EFC), Kone, Osman. Make big money signings and bring a motivator in as manager to give the fans and players and lift. Do our very best to keep hold of Lukaku and Stones for one more year, I don't include Barkley in this as I believe he is staying. This would effectively be a fresh start and give everybody a new feeling about the club. Plus we need good backroom staff such as a defensive coach to repair the damage Martinez has caused. In terms of managers I would go for somebody like Gus Poyet, Pelligrini, Mourinho, Ralf Rangwik and NOT Moyes, the fans would hate that. Next season is a good opportunity to start a fresh, a new beginning. We are Everton and we are going to turn into a superpower.

It's going to be a miracle to beat Man Utd next week with Martinez in charge. I won't be going to the game because I have no confidence.
