FFS - he is not going anywhere for now. A massive week we have a choice to either support our club or implode. As well as the players turning up next week we have to too - we just might have a chance if we go as one.

Good on you mate that your buzzing. I will never take it away from fans that feel that way but after today Martinez has sucked all the enjoyment for me out of going. If we do win the trophy I for one wont be thanking Martinez. He has turned the club toxic and Kenwright should be ashamed for not having the what ever to act. The atmosphere today was devoid. Ive never felt the place so sour with a manager still in charge. The bloke running on the pitch was only displaying anger many of us have but dont have the bottle to do it. Im just worried that if we win Roberto will still be there next season.
If we do win the trophy, I will thank him and if he leaves in the summer, wish him well. It has turned toxic, but I do think he deserves some respect if/when he leaves/gets sacked.

I'm still Martinez in if anyone was wondering and fancied a nice debate..

Today's game was a write off in any scenario, even if we were in Southamptons place instead, Derby and semi final in 7 days you would never expect a result today so I was happy he rested players and even more so two young lads got their debut at goodison rather than against some East European team in a November.

Now my take aways from the game.

1. Martinez has lost the dressing room for sure. When Davies came on and played like the rest did at the start of the season with some fight and hunger about him it shows how far gone the dressing room is now, they don't believe in him anymore.

2. No matter the team played, they just can't hold a lead. Thought the way we conceded was pretty poor as well, like Sunday league defending the way they waltzed in.

3. The managers interview afterwards told it's own story. Koeman would bite your hand off at taking some of our players and yet you would think we were a team bordering on survival from what our manager said. Shows you the difference between where Martinez sees this team now.

4. Fans are having enough now. I don't condone what the fella did running on the pitch and rightly should be banned for doing so. But it also shows how the fan Base have had enough now, why the club still sit in their hands when the team has given up is something I wonder but I'm worried that this is building to a game that will crush every fan going to it.

Should get the semi. Our league form has been crap all year but we seem to be well up for all the cup games. We wont be bringing in a permanent manager until the summer anyway

LOVED the way after the game today he talked about still being in two competitions, exactly how besides on a technicality are we still in the league comp - we can't actually even finish higher than 6th now regardless and can't get relegated, thats the definition of competition over in the league.

Then again he is a manager whose biggest standout on his CV is ensuring a team dropped out of the league competition with Wigan.

Utterly embaressing comments out his mouth today, at least when Moyes made us look small time it was with statements about getting out of tough away grounds 'alive' against the likes of the rs and a Ferguson led United, now Martinez is sounding the same only it's home games against Southampton that we are supposed to be made up to scrape an undeserved draw in.

Doesn't deserve to see the season out with comments like those today, utter fraud of a manager masqeurading behind a nice guy image he has carefully cultivated, dig beneath the surface you see the real bloke, insulting to the fans, blaming everyone besides himself, throwing a variety of players under the bus in his tenure and lying at every opportunity, sack him and take the cost of Naisse out his severance packet and let him bring him as a freebie to whatever club is stupid enough to hire the relegation loser
