This situation with the mix of outright despair at our current plight and muffled excitement (to me at least) at being at the dawn of big change reminds me of being in Berlin just before the wall came down. I can't see it as a good thing in helping us get through the semi final and beyond if Martinez is almost certain he will be sacked come what may.
If it takes a few more weeks so be it, but a tremendous opportunity exists right now for Moshiri to say "enough is enough" and lead us into a new era. We have a problem that is not going away, why not solve it or take the first step in doing so now?
 
I want Bobby to go as much as most but at tomorrows game if people in the ground are as disillusioned as those on this site it will become a self fulfilling prophesy !!

And me 2 for the best interests of the club but don't know what us fans could do now to wake the team up etc sych them up for midweek and the semi final , just want us to be winning trophies honours again instead of being in others shadows

Today's pro footballers are cosseted from such an early age they take no responsibility for owt about their off field life, never mind take a match by the scruff of the neck.

They are introverted and have been conditioned to accept their own personal stats as the most important thing in the game.

The crowd need to feed off the team and vice versa, Bobby's not helping that with the team and the way
he sets it up to play, Its just a shame the other shower has got themselves what seems to be a decent manager which just makes our position seem all the worse,

Has made me laugh. To be honest a few adjustments and would work perfectly.
Can't believe the negativity with a cup semi a week away it is so sad but he does have to go it's just not good enough. This league is getting tighter and tighter with all clubs having money now, it will come down to recruitment, teamwork, spirit and never say die attitudes that will succeed in this league. Every opposition must now look at us as an easy chance to get points - even if - no especially if we take the lead. Take Anfield next week , imagine we scored early on - they would besiege us for the rest of the game as=nd murder us. Best we can hope for is 0-0.
We look unfit, unmotivated, frightened and fragile in every game. Believe me it wouldn't take much to slip into the relegation places, Where will our points come from next season?? We will be the next Newcastle if things aren't changed soon

Yea next would terrify me if I wasn't so convinced he'll not be here.

Very hard to arrest a decline as steep as ours without a change of boss.

yeah I know the only way is now that we get someone new that can make the team play like warriors again make goodison a fortress again which will understandably get rid of the negativity they're. That's why the fans need to do something positively to the board by singing loudly of what they want to achieve as a fan player club etc doing that might actually get rid of Martinez but also put fire in the players again
