Does anyone else, apart from me, feel in a kind of limbo of despair at the moment thanks to Roberto? We have a game tomorrow that I am not looking forward to, plus a trip to Wembley next week that I can't get excited about. I can't wait for the season to be over, to be honest.

I think the majority of people do.

It's a horrible feeling

Come on lads regardless of the manager support your team. Don't turn on them now or we may as well put the white flag up. We have a huge week ahead starting tomorrow - if we turn on them you give these players an excuse. This time next week we roll into Wembley let's make sure us as fans do no more in our total support. So for now let's put the banners away and support EVERTON.

I've not turned against the team. I've kinda forgotten about them. Or shut them out of my mind. It's a sorry state of affairs.

You can support the team and not the manager which I think a lot are doing.

Same thing mate - as much as we dislike our neighbours they didn't give up last night. I get the impression if we go a goal down tomorrow all hell will break loose hardly a confidence boost for the week ahead. For one week lets give everything we have got - we might just surprise ourselves.

i'm very similar. match days i want us to win/I've never wanted us to lose a match and if i'm not at the game i'm checking the scores constantly but now when we lose i'm no longer surprised regardless of who we play. to have such low expectations now is sad

You only think you are "at peace with" it Neal.

I have tried that approach so many times in the last half century I just wollow in the depression for a day or two now because I know I will soon come out fighting again.

It is the only thing we can do.
You sound like a punch drunk boxer mate!

He doesn't try to knock down the club like moyes did lowering expectations, plucky little Everton tag was engineered by ginger blurt. Bobbys always bleating on about the level this club should be at and things it should be doing, hes played a big part in changing our psyche he just can't match it

Mate who gives a bilick what the two of them said in thier pressers. Moyes' actions spoke much more than Roberto's positive BS. Our psyche is much worse than under Moyes. I preferred when teams feared us when we were better than most of them. We are not plucky little Everton we are hopeless Everton right now.

Moyes use to state we where fighting against the odds, ok fare enough that can be argued as a negative, or not, whatever but Martinez says we can win the league, that never swayed my psyche, Moshiri has swayed my psyche in what we can achieve but it has nothing to do with Martinez. The day Martinez gets sacked is when.our psyche as a club will improve ten fold.
