I do not believe that.
Your powers of deduction know no bounds mate
I do not believe that.
berto wins a game roughly the same amount of times as a moron gets a question right in a multiple choice quizFYI our league win percentage for this season is down to 28% following the Palace game.
Last night did it for me. It wasn't the worst performance of the season, but the cumulative effect of disappointment reached a tipping point. I just don't have enough reasons to remain on the fence.I was a Martinez 'IN' for ages mate, and up until last week still was, but I'm now on the fence.
I would love him to be the one to take us to great times, but it just gets harder and harder to back him after every game we play, his tactics and substitutions have you scratching your head, his on going theme in post match interviews to blame everyone/everything else after a defeat rather than looking at himself, in his world everything he does is the right thing to do, when we can all see, it's not.
Not with standing cup success, if RM remains our manger for next season and perhaps without one or two star players, looking at our play this season I can honestly see us involved in a relegation fight.
That is the nightmare for me and even worse if we did go down, does not bear thinking about and trying to get back up.
We cannot afford to take the chance, RM has to leave that is my message for those fence sitters and to those who still think he should stay as manager.
I'm happy for Roberto Martinez to stay if we win this cup. For me this is huge and I think every Evertonian savours a cup win. You might not think it now but if we see Jagielka lifting that trophy aloft you will give Martinez time. This season has been a freak season and league performance has been disappointing but I am convinced Martinez can fix this and take us forward, starting with the FA cup.
Are people thinking the FA Cup has lost its glamour?
Let's keep going. This period between now and May is big for EFC and the worst thing 2 we can do is be negative and call for the managers head. Let's wait until the season finishes and go into it then but I don't think it's fair on the club to bleat on about Martinez's sacking whilst we are in a period of much required togetherness to finish successfully.
Just until June. Please.
No chance is he in charge next season, even with a cup win we are too far gone for that now. I would say it must be out of respect that they haven't sacked him yet.
This season has been an utter shambles and an embarrassment league wise for the 2nd season running and there's no way he's going to get away with that.
I would love us to win the cup and in turn that may save his career where someone else might take a pint on him because at our club he's been 100% found out to be an awful manager.
Yep, I was just trying to get a message across of what things might be.
To remove perhaps Yes in the summer but can we at least for the next 10 days get behind our football club in what is a huge week. Forget the manager but for us as fans out job is to get behind our team not as some want to simply turn on them. Fact is we can win our first trophy in over 2 decades for now this is our priority not waving paper hankies - Jesus..Not with standing cup success, if RM remains our manger for next season and perhaps without one or two star players, looking at our play this season I can honestly see us involved in a relegation fight.
