Yeah I am mate, he could have sat away from them all not slap bang in the middle of them, could have walked away but instead tried to.defend himself and explain the situation (just what it looks like to me)Are we being serious here?
It's his extremely well numerated job to oversee the entire playing structure, including the team that - in theory - feeds directly into the senior side.
Sad would be a conversation with an adult. Lecturing a minor is embarrassing.
Unless I have missed the rest of the video, Roberto appears to be doing all the talking.Behave.
Hardly. He is paying the kid respect and listening to him. Jones leaves and he then has too.
I can't understand how you think Martinez didn't benefit from the defensive set up he inherited? Just look at the lack of cohesion now and contrast it to back then.
Baines and Coleman were the best attacking full back pairing in the league before Martinez came, it was never his idea to start using them as a focal point of our attack. Take a look back at Moyes' last home game against West Ham, Martinez basically continued that style with the additions of Barry, McCarthy and Lukaku which doubtlessly improved us.

And what would you conclude he was telling the lad?Talking/listening.
Hardly lecturing a minor.
Thought it was good of him to do that to be honest.

It's becoming totally un-Everton.
The position of manager at Everton is one that deserves respect whatever you think about his performance....his employers will make judgement on that, not disgruntled fellas at an U-21 game. If you want to encourage a new Manager then showing him publically the abuse he'll get if things don't go well may well shorten the queue of applicants.
It's not good.

it's all in the numbers you know...re/munerated
You cant hear much.
It's very Everton.Evertonians are passionate about our team and our club.If all is not well at Goodison we'll make our voices heard.Respect has to be earned at this club.Be it players or manager.Martinez is running out of credits in the bank fast and then he humiliates Leighton Baines just because he dared to say what everyone is thinking in public. That's what's made people snap imo. This is Everton football club not the sunday morning amateur league team down the local park.If any propsective manager is put off at Evertonians showing their passion for their club then that prospective manager is not what this club needs.
