Personally, I don't care much for banners demanding people be sacked. I'm certainly of the same opinion but I think that the banners would be better if they were constructive. Banners that highlight what is missing in the teams play, like defence or better subs. I'd love to see someone that can organise a banner with suggested sunstitutions for example. Like;

Sub: ---- Off/ ---- On

and be able to clip on a players name. If it highlights his errors, then I think that's more 'productive' than just 'Sack him'

What absolute lunacy is this? Constructive banners highlighting what is missing in the teams play? How big is my banner gonna have to be?

I've been warned by The Esk,not to use "Coco"the clown ,on this forum, WHY when everyone on here is known via a nickname,can we not refer to our manager as Coco,anyone would think we're living under sharia law FFS

Thank you for your feedback.

I've just checked your account, you haven't been warned by The Esk (Note 'Warning System' here). You was politely asked/discouraged from the below;

Now, if all these hours later you still feel personally aggrieved over the above polite request, to the extent were suggest our volunteers and community guidelines are akin to sharia law, then I suggest you consider using another forum otherwise you risk us chopping off your hands.

Thanks.

Think we should an interactive app like the x factor or Britain's got talent. We can buzzer them and also have a huge Boo button.

As per the infraction I just gave you, which pushed you into a two day ban
If you've been warned by a mod not to do something, don't then come out and moan about it.

See you on Tuesday.

edit : Gah, @GrandOldTeam's already talked to you. Ah well, I'll lift the ban

As you have helped me illustrate the point, I shall elaborate. I think making it personal is counter productive and just make the fans look like whingers.

Villa fans seemed to be able to do it. If it's too hard for you, leave it to the grown ups.

Yeah that is really constructive. Obviously it worked wonders for their teams display.

What you mean like a banner with ''4-4-2'' on it or something? lol

You can't just wave banners with tactical observations. It's not the fans job. It's the fans job to support the team and hold them to account.
It was just an example that I could think of at the time.

I read a lot of where he's gone wrong during games etc, and I just think that's what the focus should be. Simply saying Martinez Out is a bit ho hum...

As long as it's not insulting the man on a personal level, immoral or politically incorrect, then I for one deem it completely necessary to have banners. Fans shouldn't have to put up with this!!!

Martinez performance as manager is disgraceful, his interviews are even more embarrassing than Bill's, never takes any responsibility for the endless mistakes he makes, his team perform like they are all wearing deep-sea diving boots, and the worst of all "the crowning turd in the water-pipe"...................doesn't actually think Everton are underachieving.

Martinez to me is like a fly on a hot summers day, just f'off!!
