He

Needs to win every game left this season for me. The performances against arsenal and united set the alarm bells going. The players didn't seem to know where to play, we had Barkley coming deep for the ball despite having McCarty and cleverly on, Lennon was playing as a playmaker behind Lukaku despite being one of biggest wide threats this season. Plus once again Martinez took off one of his best players (delofeu) when we were a goal down against united. Jags interview and baines comments make me think he's finished

Interesting comment, lets hope he leaves then before he finishes off our club!

The petition is Kopite level cringe.

Embarrassed to support my club. Embarrassed that we're becoming Newcastle. Embarrassed for the people who thought that was a good idea.

Many people want him out but they are not doing anything about it to put pressure on the manager or the board. If some people decide that a petition to get Martinez out or put pressure on him is a step forward, then leave them to voice their concerns.
As for you thinking we are becoming Newcastle ?! Im embarrassed for you my friend...

Would a long awaited Anfield win and progression to an FA Cup final see fans jump back on the 'give Martinez more time' boat again? I've got a feeling it would.

If by some miraculous miracle this scenario was to happen, personally I'd still want him gone after the final anyway.

In itself, probably not.

I can only speak for myself here.

We have three matches between now and then.

That is where I am looking to see improvement......and a couple of much needed victories.

If we were to win the two big games on the back of a couple of wins and a draw, low scoring games with a clean sheet or two at that just so we can see some defensive stability, in these next three games then I am well open to changing my mind.

Like a lot of us on here, I am very reluctantly calling for Bobby's head and hope against hope he can make me believe in him again.

And this has got to start against Watford on the weekend......then at Palace and then home to Saints.

But if the next three games are same old, same old then I am afraid we will get nowt at the Pit or at Wembley.

If he wins the cup I know he will get another season. Well deserve? 50:50. He has undoubted credit if winning the cup but the league form is another matter.

Not that I want him to but I think he will buy time with a cup win.

My concern is the league form and the winning rate since August 2014.

I think if he wins the cup he will get a `glowing reference` it will be flowered up to minimise any damage that he
is deluded and is basically a pub team manager. If we pull this off and move him on in summer to a club abroad it saves us on the severance pay
Winning the cup is his only way of getting out with any credibility, he will be seen as a `relegation specialist` otherwise

This for me would be short term thinking. It is unclear whether the underlying failings would be rectified or just lying dormant based on this limited success. I can see nothing beneficial in the long term about retaining RM.

The TV deal must make it easier to pay off contracted staff that are continually failing to perform. Isn't it 1.5mil per place in the league table this year ?

"Statistically we have got one of the best teams in the history of Everton yet we are 12th in the premier league all our hopes of European football slashed. We need to come together and make a stand we are not happy #martinezout"
