So what if he wins the FA Cup, how does that make up for the two seasons of absolute sh8t.

I don't understand how any fan that thinks this narcissist "everybody but me is to blame" individual deserves to be our manager. He's an absolute nobody.

Even more significant, he doesn't even think there is a problem (think about that for a moment), just blames things or people except himself, and just throws two semi-finals in front of everything. Semi-final..............who cares!!!

It's posts like this that have me convinced we have to make a change regardless of the Cup or not.

I mean he'll be the first manager in 21 years to actually win something, but that still won't be good enough for many.

Unfortunately, I highly doubt Everton would actually do it though...and we will have a summer of discontent followed by a fall of fume.

He's tried to give Baines/Oviedo and Coleman more freedom by switching to 5 at the back, with 3 CB's. Barkley has never been that influential on the wing, he needs to play right down the middle, but right behind Lukaku. Lately Martinez has been playing him in a deeper role, yes he can still pass the ball there, but he's far more dangerous when he's further up the field. Lukaku was far too isolated on Sunday, but if Barkley was closer to him, it wouldn't have been a problem.

In theory three at the back sounds like a great idea but I'd expect that Stones and Funes Mori would feel like they could go wandering because of the extra cover and we could end up even worse off. Plus, if we continue to defend so deep we'd leave ourselves open to long shots because we wouldn't have the bodies in midfield to close people down.

Ross is better down the middle but it severely limits us having to accommodate him in the hole. He'd be free to roam wherever he wanted though because he'd have McCarthy and Baines covering the left flank. If we tell Ross that he is a forward with minimal defensive responsibilities he'd be free to pick up the ball wherever he wanted and to loiter upfront.

The muppet has to be got rid of asap :) We're stuck in 12th looking down and not up :-( Squad is in a weird mindset :-( FA Cup semi or not he should be sacked now ! His job is to Manage a football club and his first year he was good, 2nd year crap and in his 3rd year his still crap :-( 5 year plans are'nt good enough to get us into Europa league places which we were there or there about for most years under Moyes who gets slaughtered on here and all this we play quick attractive attacking football fantasy that his supporters have ? Watch Spurs as they play quick attacking forward passing football :-( We play passy passy put you to sleep hoof it to Lukaku football now for 85 minutes of a match and the quick attacking stuff for a 5 minute period if it is possible :-( Martinez makes me want to top myself or him :) to stop the dishonour his bringing to my club :)

Loving the inappropriate smileys there. All the time in the world for those

Anyone who manages to make that United side more boring than Moyes' version should be pensioned off ASAP.
I've come to terms that Everton will never be a team capable of getting results and playing exciting football. We tried that under Martinez and failed.

If we have to sacrifice exciting performances for consistent results and boring football then so be it. After all it is a results based industry.
