King Louis Saha

This is what worries me.
Jo isn't our player, and can't play against City anyway in Jan. I doubt very much he will get a contract at the end of the season on current performances, so that leaves us with Saha and Yak.
Saha is injury prone, and the Yak isn't safe yet from his injury recurring.

It is very important that we try to bring one of our young strikers ( at least ) into the mix this season, and hope that by the end of the season, they are able to take the next step.

We don't have funding for a top striker, so it's important to look at our future now, and not in the last 2 days of th transfer window like Moyes seems to do.

Saha, Yakubu and Jo are first choice strikers at the club, Cahill's probably next in line after them. We have a number of options up there, if we have an injury crisis in that position then I'm sure the likes of Agard and Baxter will play.

Moyes will give one of them a chance if he thinks there good enough or ready to play at this level. None of them are even dominating reserve football.

Lets look at the evidence, he doesnt rate Howard, cos of his Ex Utd past, he doesnt rate Neville, same reason, he rates Fellaini cos he scored against Utd and he loves Hibbert cos hes proper gash and it helps his team.

City fan 1100%.

Yeah soz TxB. Hes superb, but I have to question is he can stay fit, I hope so, I really do.

Was he taken off for tactical reasons or did he have a slight knock?

Good, good, lets hope he rests that calf up, we really need Yak and Saha to both remain injury free, if we lose either of them at the moment we are totally screwed.

Service to the Yak needs to be better, really how many chances has he had? And Louis's goals have mostly come from outside of the area.

Perhaps Billy could be the key to unlock the Yak's goals.

Feed the Yak and he will score, Saha makes his own goals, very different types of striker, but on their day, injury free, both amazing players. As has been said, those 2 together, week in, week out, it makes me sex wee.

I have to admit I was wrong when I say we should sell him for 8m in the summer.

Good man. I doubted Yakubu when he came so join the club.

We havent had a striker who can score regularly outside the box for a long time.
All the way back to Cottee?

When you say box, do you mean six yard box?

This is what worries me.

He's our player this season and why can't he play against City? There's nothing stopping him.
