I think he will, and has done a LOT in recent years (those of us in the States are familiar with his Everton cheerleading, referring to himself as a Blue for life, etc). That said, I'm not sure I could blame him if he didn't after the level of abuse he's gotten lately. After all, two seasons ago he had arguably his best year for us.

Never a fan, in fact he was never good enough for us in my opinion which I have stated over the years, so I'm not disappointed to see him leave.

It's a shame his time here ended in infamy, he was pretty decent and capable for most of his time here, but his last two years will cloud the memory of his time here. I know it does with me.

Good riddance, the lack of respect he's shown the fans this season has soured any good he's done over the years.

At least it guarantees a new signing in the summer, although knowing RM, I wouldn't be surprised if he had Jags as reserve keeper!

Im certain the manager didnt tell him to spout about how he's done nothing wrong performance wise for the last 18months and basically tell us fans that we know absolutely nothing. That interview he done on Sky Sports before that Super Sunday game against Sunderland was were i genuinely disliked the bloke.

His attitude is whats got him the stick, not his performances.
