I think Joel had done ok since he's come in, but there's definitely been a few goals where if it'd had been Howard he woodcr been slaughtered. I'm really not sure if he's good enough to be out long term 'keeper, but he he got to the end of the season to prove he is.

I also guess it'll depend on who the manager is. Martinez may want a sweeper style 'keeper with great distribution, but if he goes the next manager might look for different qualities.
This is a very straight to the point point.....joels makes mistakes..we brush it...Howard makes a mistake...he gets slaughtered.... all should of been careful what we wished for. Stated earlier a keeper is as good as his defence in front .

As far as Prem experienced players go, we could do a lot worse than either Ospina or Begovic. Forster would be great but he'd cost a lot.

Personally, would want us to be having a serious look at Consigli from Sassuolo.

I've mentioned him a few times on here but he's the real deal. De Gea-esque at times but has the experience as well.

Joel is OK. Could probably take a chance on a good keeper in [insert jarg league] whose club would fold unless they could get their hands on 2-3M of formally Kenwright's money.

Or hey BRAD GUZAN COME ON DOWN!!!!

Look to Germany!
Horn, Leno, Karius and Zieler all getting rave reviews from their media.
Bit of a gamble I guess as they are untried in the Premier League but would be cheaper and younger than the likes of Begovic, Marshall.
