Who was [Poor language removed], and DONT you dare say Carsley you beast.

No he wasn't that bad. Just average.

Just can't believe we are still looking for his replacement.

I actually saw some lad play sunday league the other day. He was getting on a bit, behind the pace, pointed a lot, chased shadows and ****ted the ball every chance he got and said ave it! Perfect replacement for Carsley me thinks.

Hey it takes more than a derby goal to win me over mate.

I live by the motto, and there is no way on earth that Lee Carsley was the best we could hope for.

Did a job, but as soon as we wanted to make that step up he was lacking,

He done far more than that derby goal, he slammed, barged, tackled and harassed anything even considering coming near our defence for plenty of years - thus letting us develop as a team despite having pretty average/over the hill centre haves.

Now were moving on up, moving on up, we need a new angle to our play but taking his name in vain is a cheap shot and you know it buster.

Never liked him as a player for Everton. Thought he was not as good as people lauded him as.

Never made any secret of my lack of love for the old baldy one.

Anyway, Heitinga played well today - although the singing of his name as we were leaving was slightly OTT, I went away annoyed again, not thinking about shouting players names.

They haven't possessed you too bad today, you wearing a massive crucifix around your neck?

I did flip for a moment in the second half when Rodwell rampaged through, won a throw-in and then turned to take it, and all the players were just jogging up.

Scared a few people around me as I did lose my head - well lost my voice now though.

made one of the most crunching tackles in a long time today, he really should've stood over milner and said, " HEEEEEEEEEERE'S JOHNNIE !!".
he went on a run just after and i thought he was gonna have a dig, if he'd hit it like he hit milner then we'd have been picking friedle out of the net, or replacing the scoreboard.

Glad to see Hietty had a decent game along with Neill, happen we may be moving forward, I hope.

Don't think we have a good hard midfielder since Peter Reid or even Dennis Stevens.

I sang Johnnys name at the end, we need heroes, new 1s like.

Glad we missed out on Kyle "warming the bench" Naughton and got this rock solid player instead for the same price.

Oh, and Heitinga's cross field passes on a dime get me excited.

Im watching a replay now, he destroyed milnar with that challenge. He looks strong, the way he bumped heskey to the ground in the first half.
