I wake up every morning and I try and forget, but its there, eating away at me, day and night.

The personal insults pile up. A clear sign that there's nothing more solid behind the usual fuming and bluster.

Martinez safe and sound and destined for two more seasons.

Settle down to it lads, you'll do yourselve's a mischief.
I didn't personally insult you I just said you're talking nonsense. There's a difference.

Behave Dave. Aren't you just off a ban for losing it during the Swansea game?

I didn't insult anyone. I (probably too forcefully) stated that the views of the people I was quoting were not going to be taken notice of by those in positions of power at the club.

I dont want a medal for it, but very very seldom do I bite at the insults that come my way.

Just sayin'.

3 years should be enough for a manager to show what they can and can't do.

PL points record: record number of goals being scored; best footballing team put on the pitch by this club since the 1980s; quality squad put together with a market value massively increased.

I think the board will agree with you there. Three seasons in and it's more than a quaified success.

I look at the Spurs manager yesterday; his team would run through brick walls for him. He is a winner; nice guy but carries a steel too.
I just dont see our lads doing that for Bobby.
Short memory mate. Last week at the mythical 'Stoke away from home in the depths of winter' they ripped the opposition apart for their manager.

A week must be a long time in football as well as politics, I expect.

Where do you think we would be with the Spurs manager in charge of our squad? I'd guess definitely in with a shout for the champions league places. Also like the style of football he plays.

...funny, seemingly the first season 'wonder run' can be used as a benchmark for his genius, yet the WIGAN years and the results & standings since are discounted.

Weird really.
